are you saying you have only picked up 1 transponder, if you are try a scan on symbolrate 6952

No I picked up 8 transponders

however the signal quality is only 28% and it was previously 82%

if you picked up that many I would expect it to be 6887
it looks like your problem is a signal issue, scan directly off the feed ie remove any splitters etc and double check or remake your connections
