What do you mean flashed with the lead?

A USB lead?

I've got a box coming tomorrow so if i have any problems i'd like to know all the things to try before i need to ask any more questions.

Its the R32 lead you get to flash all boxes, download the loader file from this forum, turn box off and back on job done, my box would not find the usb stick so did it this way. remember and download the bin file and re name it.

I managed to get mine flashed without any problems...worked first time.
