    Eurovox Red - No signal

    I am just after some updates if any. i have had no or bad signal for most of my channels now for quite a few months. the only channels i can watch without problem is the sports channels.

    Rumour had it VM are doing some tests.

    Is there anything that i can do to get all my channels back again?

    you may have a low signal remove any splitters

      i have tried thiis but it doest make any diference. my box is fine as well as it works elsewhere.

          what about the feed? my internets working and if i use my virgin box that works too.

            internet and vm boxes can work on a lower signal than eurovoxes
            check what signal strength you are getting on some of the bad channels (press the remotes info button twice)
            have you tried a factory default reset and powerscan

              yeh ive done a factory reset and rescanned all the channels. its the last few chanels that work (which happen to be the sports channels).

              i will check the signal strength when i get home on the ones that dont work.

                the channels that i get no signal messages on fluctuate between 78% and 82%.

                  that signal strength appears ok but if the box is working ok elsewhere then it can only really be a signal issue (check signal level at the place its ok to give you an idea of what strength is needed), I would also try remaking all your connections
                  not sure if the red firmware has the signal booster option but if it has try turning it on
