Heard a rumor today that people in Leeds are having there Virmin boxes replaced and that the Eurovox boxes are losing all the channels!!!!

Is this true? Are Virmin using Leeds as a test bed for a new level of encription?

Anyone else heard this one, maybe someone from Leeds can put us straight.

If it is true is anyone working on a new firmware?

Incidently what is the firmware written in and now much Knowledge do you need to write new firmware.

its ok gmb m8 i got a fix for it in me shed

if you have a look on the page, security frame on vm it tells you on that . It has a warning informing you that you box will soon not be working.

these so called warnings r just to scare u m8, theres a new one on my evox ignore them, if the boxes stop before crimbo it will be a firmware change like last year, nag3 or iptv or what ever they going to will take a lot longer to implement than before crimbo, more like 6 months to a year or longer to come in, if it does.
