If Vm r moving to N3 in Dec,surely it will only be in their test area of Yorkshire as no-one else has the new cards

Sky don't use NAG3,they use Videoguard encryption.Cheers Chas.

I have had one of the new cards for few months now,came when I upgraded to a V+ box ...also all new subscribers to Virgin have them fitted as standard as I understand .....

im in scotland and i was told by a few that the boxes are changing to nag 3/4 before christmas, dont no if its true or not but every day more n more say it

New firmware is always ready to emerge. Its just a matter of waiting for the right moment. A counter attack if you like.

You may well be right of course, all I know is I asked the engineer if that was one of the new cards they are sending out and he said yes,so I was satisfied and wait to see if a different one arrives eventually ....just looked at it and not much info on it but it does say Nagravision on it for what its worth

looks like the games a bogey for our little hobbies. christmas or early introduction in 2010 looks certain for nag3, weve all had a good run at it so cant complain.
