that worked a charm straight back on, thank you very much,

one thing i noticed is about 3 bbc1's and 3 ch4 +1's and a few other duplicates. is there a quick way of getting all the chanels in order bbc1-4 itv, ch4, ch5. etc. without sitting there for hours moving them about manualy?

you may need to put the max v firmware on it m8 which has an autosort on it

did you do a factory reset delete all channels then a power scan on the symbol rate for your area this will get rid of duplicat channels ,ps there is about 6 bbc's and itv's just delete the ones you dont want.

I did do a factory reset and deleted all channels i had the symbol rate at 6.887 (what the list in the scan thread said for my town) it didnt find anything so i changed it to 6.952 and it found hundreds of em . then i used the codes from the key master and it decrypted all the channels, the duplicates i just noticed arent actualy duplicates they are from different regions north west, scotland, ireland etc. cool. there is an autosort option but it doesnt seem to work right maybe i'm just too used to the freeview channel order .

thanks for all your help, I'm realy happy i got it working again I've had it in my attic for about a year , if you guys think it will be best to flash it I will let you know when my lead arrives and give it a go,
