hi,yeah virgin tv is down,iv phoned a family member and there genuine cable box is also down,no channels have pics,no signal,problem is with virgin medias end not your box,just got to wait for them to sort it out

i have deep scanned and got some channels back mostly free to air stuff
better that my VM box that has nothing
wait till its all back and rescan then
