when the whole system goes nagra 3 i am sure these companies that sell the digi boxes will get there top guys on the job to beat it. it might take a few months. because they will be losing millions makes sense to me.

I suspect that when the new encryption gets rolled out nationally that a card-share solution will appear. I doubt there will be a patch as Nagra3 has been in use for a couple of Years in Europe and nothing has appeared.

tbh though i dont think the cable route will be too popular with c/s as all cardshare relies on someone paying a valid subscription
what are you going to get in return if you pay your subs nothing with sat the possibilities are there but you aint going to swap your vm sub for a vm sub it would be pointless
the only way c/s would work on cable is if a neighbourhood or street all chipped in to pay 1 mans subs and then everyone is relying on that 1 mans broadband staying on to view or they are all goosed
no doubt it will happen and you will get guys offering working boxes for ?100 and ?10 per month subs
i would also predict a few arrests because people cant keep there big fat traps shutComment

N3 has ben in the states people have the dump long time ago. Not much space for code and they have a checksumm check as soon as you load it up it loops it up. Some people got tiers to work for few hours. If its done it will be 100 percent emulation. Would not work for us but if you shared really small image and emulated it. Think you be ok. If your N3 is even anything like ours.Life is like a box of programmers you never know which one youll need.Comment
