at what point do i turn box on.. after i click start?

so strange!! it doesnt seem to be connecting to box, waiting box appears and thats it nothing happens

It cannot see your box, you need to make sure you have selected the correct COM port and that your USB adaptor drivers are up to date.

ive done all im capable of, not sure how to do those things, not very good on computers.. the window tells me com 3, so i select that one. as for usb up to date??? cheers thou..

Hi m8, if you still cant get it working, best to use a desktop with a serial socket, ask someone with a dektop pc and use theirs if you have to, the whole process only take 10 minutes m8.
