How do I rescan on a Eurovox 1100

when you say nothing do you mean you are getting no channels at all, if so have you got a live feed and are the cables in the correct sockets

Sorry for being unclear mate, I lost some channels yesterday sky sports 1, 2, news but still had alot of channels. Tried rescan as you said and it found no channels. So I did a factory reset and deleted all the channels and rescanned as you said but comes up with no channels found. Im from Teesside, not sure what the symbol rate is meant to be.

nottingham area so my symbol rate is 6887 and freq 739 is that no correct?

according to the area doc there are two areas of Nottingham one is 739000 the other is 755000 but you don't need these for your box, symbolrate is 6887

yea ive done a power scan using 6887 and im not picking up any channels at all. ive reset to factory default and tried rescanning and its still not finding anything :s its strange how it was working last nite. does my splitter have anything to do with it?

if your box was ok previously the splitter is probably ok BUT when you are experiencing difficulty scanning it is always best to scan directly off the cable feed ie remove any splitters etc.
double check you are putting in correct figures

just pluged it in the main feed i have in my bedroom and it still didnt pick up any channels! i guess im doomed!

help needed lost all my channels on my eurovox max v. ive tried a power scan and a deep scan but only got itv1 and theres about 50 0f them. the other things is progress channel is now down to 14 when it was up at 29

I followed all of what you told stiffler, however it accept update from usb however,as im in the teeside area i still have scrambled channels.....can you help me any further....
