Lost a lot af channels in Birmingham

if you check on the Virgin Status page you will see that there are problems in the Birmingham area,so thats probably the reason ....

i'm not from there , but have ye tried a deepscan ? or is it a cable problem in the area any one ring the provider or is it the end

I've just done a fast install and all channels are back.Most of the frequencies seem to have changed from what they used to be,which is why I couldn't get them before.

yeah from glasgow too, annd have lost quite a few channels, discovery channels, some movie channels, and most importantly s sports 1,374, have tried updating channels, dast install, deep scan and still cant get these channels baack.
