EUROVOX E7000HD + Scrambled Channels

hi, i live in south London and was getting all the channels properly but for the last 4 days i am not getting all the channels....i have gone through all the above advices but still getting scrambled channels...can someone help me please????

i got the firmware in feb'10 and i am not sure if i need to download any latest firmware n if yes then can someone help me in that please....

So thats it no way I can get my free TV back... Is there any other box I could buy to resolve this problm????

i live in bristol i have the same problem with the scrambled channels
