I have downloaded the firmware onto my pc, cabled to the box, but when i try and download to the box, i get the download box on my pc, press " download" and i get, "Com 3" and "start" i press "start" but nothing happens. can anyone tell me whats up?

The power is on on the box when you click start yes? When you press download does it then say 'version #.## detected'? The display on the box should be ---- then 'downloading' after you clicked start. The program on pc should say 'sending' and the progress bar goes up? Do you get any error messages or just nothing? -
if use network is ticked on dream up untick it also you are using the correct null modem cable arnt you from pc to boxComment
