Subtitles EVOX 1000sl

Does anyone know why subtitles dont work on these boxes?

I have turned them on from menu options and on remote control.
With previous box MaxV2008 they worked but not with the new 1000SL

Was never one of the strong points of any of these type of boxes. Also some channels will only have TXT.

As the 1000SL is a cutdown version of the Max V the likes of TXT was not a big issue from the developers. Thats the question I asked and that was the answer given to me.
