How to Manually update keys on Eurovox

Can anybody help. Every time I try to run the setup for the Keymaster I get 'application failed to initialise ', what am I doing wrong, I've downloaded from here and BigMaq, same result.

i have keymaster and i know hot to update manually, done it yesyerday and all was good.

i am ex cw and today not working and only ntl and tw have updates today on keymaster.

anybody help?

My parents have a Eurovox EX5000 PVR which is down - like everyone elses!! The box was pre-programmed when they bought it but i'm not very techie anc can't figure out to get the new key codes and update the box. I am in Ruislip in Middlesex and we are with Virgin and would r. grateful if someone could pleae email me the keys and tell me how to update my box.
