How to Manually update keys on Eurovox

Please read page 1 of this very thread, I dont want to close this one down, but may have to. All it takes is to do some reading first.

hi all, ok so i've checked the list and am in an ex c&w area that is now vm. i've tapped in the CW keys with 54 01 as the provider. eurovox max v still not wrking, where am i going wrong??? help much appreciated

Press the default key and try them again. To get to default key, press menu - press OK - press 1968 twice on your remote - press the default key. Now try inputting them again.

Hi try 5c 01 as the provider hope it helps works in Manchester m22 old c&w

I have read this thread, i have read most of the forums, but i am still struggling with this, i just do not know what i am doing wrong.

I have a eurovox max red box, live in the Middlesborough Area so it should be NTL.

i have done both the menu yellow button, and the menu ok 1968 twice.

put in 54 01 for the provider, put in the keys for 0 and 1 PURE from the keymaster.

I cant even get BBC1 and all the free channels, it just keeps saying Service Unkown, i cant even get it to say updating now

so any help at all please

PS: i have done Power Scan upon Power Scan as well, and yes i am using 6.887

i have tryed every think feels like i am banging my head against a brick wall here tryed all the codes and still no luck.
am in washington tyne and wear with eurovox ex5000 pvr if anyone could help i would be over the moon.

i just done mine and worked 1st time and i got the EUROVOX PVR got manuall codes if anyone needs them and im in west mids bham

well everytime i have done a pwerscan in the past i have had to use 6.887, 6.952 has never worked for me.

the 6.887 finds the chanels, and i even noticed that on TVCH1 2 3 etc (there are loads of them) the free channels work, but on BBC1 BBC2 ITV it comes up with unknown provider.

so something is messed up somewhere.
