How to Manually update keys on Eurovox

Hi folks,

I'm having the same trouble. When I click o the link for the keymaster codes the Kaos webiste says I haven't got permission to access that relevant page.

I know how to manually input codes but can't find the keymaster page to find new codes. Do we know if there is new firmware available yet? If so, where do we download from?

hello everybody im new to this forum. wonder if anyone can help me. im trying to download bigmaq toolbar, but it keeps coming up with an error...could not upload wise. haha its trying to do it but has not uploaded properly. everytime i try to copy the problem it goes to the next stage and ive lost it . help pls

hello im trying to download bigmaq toolbar to help me with my eurovox. its seems to be taking ages,. ive got a blue box which says initializing wise installation wizard. does digital chaos have a toolbar for this. thanks

Is there a third way to update the codes in the Eurovox EX5000 PVR?

After allowing me to manually enter codes yesterday (using the "Menu then Yellow Button" method) my box is no longer letting me do so. I've tried the "Menu then yellow button" method and the "Menu, Language, 2nd option and 1968" method and neither do anything. I've tried switching off, factory reset, the whole shebang.

I've seen a few posts across the 'net from people with the same problem, but no solutions (other than the same two methods being quoted again and again).

Can anyone help?

...although it's a very new box (Sept 08) is there a possibility that my remote control is goosed? (Menu then Blue button brings up a different hidden "testing" menu, but the Yellow button now does nothing). I can't seem to get any Text options working to try out the yellow button elsewhere too...

dunno if you have managed to get keymaster yet.. But if you go to forums on top left when you log on then to eurovox. Go to the second announcement by Aftermath and the download is there.

Does the new firmware fix this problem?? (If so, I'll have to invest in a cable!)

you need to downlaod keymaster 1.2- the original one will no longer work now

look in downloads for it
