look very carefully because one of 2 things has happened.

    Either

1 You havent noticed that just one pair of the code digits are wrong on one of the lines OR the provider code is wrong, who was the provider in your area before virgin took over?
    ie tw ntl?

99.9% of the time it's the wrong provider code

          EX-TW 5A 01
          EX-NTL (pure) 54 01
          EX-C&W 5C 01

Right keys with the right provider = all working.

Once you've downloaded the codes from Keymaster, (you'll need WinRar to unpack) you'll need your area code. eg 54 01 =vm ex NTL in Yorkshire. Then you'll need codes (TW/CW/ or PURE).
You can get instructions on how to enter by reading the threads. When it was all going mental yesterday, the site was locked up because people were posting the same things when all you need to do is read the threads. The answers really are already posted. A bit of trial and error will get you there but it feels REALLY good when you get your channels back.
                              GOOD LUCK.

                                Please wait, code being updated

Have noticed today that my eurovox ex5000 box is displaying the message Please wait, code being updated... . It has been updated with the last available firmware and has been working till about 2 days ago. Does anyone have the latest firmware available.
