i am not saying you are wrong, but for me the proof is in the seeing, i compare the v+ box to technomate 9600 hd pictures the difference is amazing, i spoke to virgin technical department about the v+ box the lady who answered knew nothing?
i could bearly understand her accent (asian)and she was the same with me
nomatter what i asked she kept replying with, is the box faulty? in the end i said yes so she replied with i will send an engineer to repair or replace the box, maybe just maybe i will find out how good this box is cause i will let him replace it if he offers

i have a samsung 50" plasma and picture quality is fab ,
7000hd has no picture size problems on my 32" in the bedroom .
oh and yes i am married
