How to Make a JTAG cable

Has anyone made an RS232 JTAG for Dreambox? It would be more useful with to use a COM port than an LPT port.

This seems to be a useful item but as your site won't let me download I have no idea. I can understand the want o have the site be community based but the current mode means I am disinclined to spam your site just to get access to the Download section. I moderate several other boards and I am not sure that your method is one I would find useful for anything else. I do hope that you understand, I am not trashing your site it seems to be a good location but the 5 post requirement to DL a file means I won't DL from here and so will never truly know if your site holds any value I found the working diagram elsewhere.
