pace stuck in tune mode

my box is stuck on tune mode can any1 guide me in any way plz. This is the first time its happened to me and no matter what i do its stuck on this.

You can force it to boot by pulling out mains ...then holding down the Channel up & Down on the front panel and putting the mains back in until the word Boot appears on display ...release Buttons immediately and box should boot.

if you keep your fingers on buttons for too long then the box will go into Diag ( diagnostic) mode ...if this happens just start again but remember to be quicker at taking your fingers off the up / down buttons

what model pace is it// well it must be a pace // 4001/4010/ are you in a pure area /

its the pace 4001 and yes its pure ntl thx.
