If you have a Vermin feed you should get something with a brute force scan make sure its a step scan and not a band scan.

You get choices of bands and steps so exit out of steps then press automatic scan. You will get countless failed transponders but if you get the odd ok it will scan over 500 channels in but do a step scan and not a band scan.

You need updated services. xml and cables.xml
once these are added it will find channels..........Paul

I added xml and got nothing but errors when I scanned when it was scanned on bands. You need to scan on steps. If you're doing that its you're feed.

Sounds like you have a duff tuner. If you definitely have a feed it will scan something in whether you have netid or not.
Can you get hold of any local bouquets for your area and try them using Dreambox Edit?
What image are you also using? Im guessing in tuner config its picking up the tuner?
I would try the cable image in downloads.
The mistake I first made when I did a few boxes was the bands and the steps. Took me a while to realise that if you put net id and s/r in you have to exit from steps then scan and all you get is error at the end..
But if you say you have tried that it sounds like a tuner or data problem,

                        Andy.

the cable xml file is in the cable side and not the sat side and you do have a live feed?

what usb is it as the only working one is the sundtek that is approved with an e2 box.
