Sorry, the game will be up if vm can afford it! DO NOT expect a Nagra3 fix for over 18months. Sorry but N3 is the encryption So many satellite hackers are working on but to this day not even one word to suggest they have breached Nagravision3. Positive things are that Nagravision have seen what may be a weakness with Nagra3 and therefore some satellite tv providers are now going to switch to Nagravision4 So there may still be a gap in Nagra3. For those with dreambox cables receivers you still have the option of cardsharing to view VM once this switch happens. No chat allowed here and if your going to do it then your better off doing it on the sat side.

The reason why upc are changing to Nagra3 is because i believe UPC direct which is a satellite broadcaster on astra1 19e is also maybe owned by Them. UPC direct has been running on Nagra3 for over 2years i belive and they still have never been hacked. Maybe the owners have grown So much trust with n3 that they belive switching its cable companies to it will stop piracy as far as theyre concerned.

Virgin aren't over here, the choice is upc cable, which used to be ntl and chorus before they merged, or sky satellite.

Some of the oldest boxes had to be changed, but the most recent boxes didn't, just new cards sent out.

Where are you based, are you chorus, are you ntl mmds?

Yes it is confirmed ntl true cable are only broadcasting on n3 stream.

Must be a Chor8s area as yes it has been confirmed that they are still simulcrypt on both the 1800 and 1802 streams, 1801 is missing. So Evocamd with older N1 Roms are still working in those areas.

i'm on nthell mmds in dublin and bad apples listing of channels are gone!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!

i presume only a matter of time before all the others are moved to nag3
as previously stated the company that owns Nthell and chor8s are dutch and have been on nag3 for the last 2 years and so far no fix

looks like the game is up over here however there is no way vm or other major providers are going to go to the expense of a change over untill they no that nag3 is protected so i would imagine its at least another football season before the uk is switched over

the fact its been in use for past couple of years by the dutch showes its pretty much solid. It will be the cost that will be putting them off.

my suggestion is start investing in motorised satellite as all loop holes in cable TV are about to be shut

Just wondering what are those IP boxes about? I saw a vid about the Abcom IPBox 9000 on youtube and it said something about IPTV? Surely no box can crack IPTV?

Lose your memory sticks? Forget to backup? Why not get 2GB of free space online, and I get 250MB too
