DIGIVOX XL -I'm now Missing Sky Box Office (was on 1700 !!)
When I first got this box I eventually found Sky Box Offive on 0242 TV 1700.
However, it now says 'Scrambled or Bad Channel'
Everything else appers to be there working Ok, and I have read all the Tutotials Re-scanned Factory re-set the lot.
The Nagravision is 'On' and the Key EMU is 'on' on the CAS SYSTEM Screen !
I have tried re-scanning as Automatic AND Manual and nothing seems to unscramble this channel (and I can't find it Sky Box office on any other Channel
In short I'm stuck, and need some help with this despite reading all the posts.
Hi can anyone help pretty new to all this i have a digivox xl is there anyway of getting the on demand channels,pls help am stuck...

I got Digivox XL and I can not get Sky Sports1 and Sky Movies Actions but ALL Channels are coming fine apart from these two - Done all but nothing has worked so far..any help please???
I have got Digivox XL, which is working perfectly very well and I got all Channels without any problems what so evr: However I have no Sky Sports 1 for almost 2 months and NO Sky Movies Action for almost 1 month, How can I get them back? I have done all I could up-dated Codes again and done all scanning but nothing has worked...Please HELP
i have just had my digivox xl today and i am unsure on how to set the thing up its not quite as simple as plugging it in and the channels appear is it?? any help appreciated thanks
channel movement happens and you lose channels,factory reset first,0000 to delete,remove any splitters first before you auto scan your provider and emu to on they should work now.

is it the ordinary xl or xl usb as they are different boxes and different firmwares and all info in downloads under starview.
extra thing to add after factory reset and when deleted power off box at back for a min/on always scan direct from wall socket.

As sated above, press factory reset in menu. Scan again on your provider ID. After scan completes, press menu - system info - press OK - type 1004 on remote and turn on emu.
Exit out and channels should be back. If you had them sorted you will need to sort them again once you have carried out a factory reset.
