Hi chris
I have a Starview, so can only do a Factory Scan or automatic Scan
Where are you based and were you also missing exactly the same channels?
Best wishes
Hi Chris, I have exactly the same channels missing. I've tried a factory reset and a default key reset. Then applied the new keys, emu on and re-scanned with no splitters and still no joy. Hopefully, someone on here will know the score.

Hi maca, I tried that mate. is there a certain order to to what you do then? I done a factory reset, then set default key, then i put the new codes in and scanned or should i scan first, then put in the new codes and turn on the emu?
ok m8 you should just enter keys then save them. make sure you have right provider when you enter them.
also make sure you turn key emu on after you scanned you r box. 1. default key. 2. rescan. 3. turn emu on. then exit out to tv.
I have the same channels awol, but my dad still has them, he lives in the same area as me (ex telepest).... hmm bizarre!
The plot thickens..... I run a DM500C (original) and an old Dbox2, the channels are missing on the dreambox but they are ok with the Dbox. Now im thinking its signal issue as my dreambox feed is split to my modem and VM box, but my Dbox has its own seperate feed.
Ill get a hold of a booster and see if this solves the problem, does anyone else have any ideas?
And the Lord said "Torquemada come Fourth" but i came Fifth and won a teapot!!
