I've seen photos of 'new' cards that look exactly the same as mine, and I've had it over a year. As far as I know nobody has received a card in the post. They've put up a TV advert that only us look at, and a web page that only us look at.

I'm not saying it's not going to happen. I know absolutely nothing. Just like everyone else on here.

ALL new installs will be with a ROM 11 as we are still on Nagra 1, it would be pointless to install with a new ROM 180 (N3) when theres no N3 stream......yet

I know I'm a newbie but from what I have read here could virgin not give new installs new 'nag3' cards to save re-issuing them and saving costs if/when Nag3 comes in? seem strange if this is round the corner they are leaving it so long to send the cards.

a new encryption is coming just some folk are in denial .

when sly 1 went they sent all customers a letter whithin a week and again when it came back so is it loads of effort to stick a card on that letter they are probly already made sat in a box waiting for the contract date they know your box and card no and could issue at the same time eavery month whith the bill if they wanted to its gona happen and in my appinion it will be very fast once the network is ready and if it is n3 you will have to pay to watch its gone that way all round europe on sat and virmin seems to be the only jokers that aint done it yet free tv is over its easyer to just pay

ive enjoyed my time playing whith this stuff and eavery day is a gift so enjoy it while its still heer

Hands up if you understood what those numbers meant or what rom 180 means anyway? Thougt so.

I got a new box and card from vermin last week, the card has the following Nagra(id) vg-03, I'm in Northern Ireland, this does not look good !
