I dont know if you would get jail time, i mean it would be a civil case wouldnt it? im sure youd be up the creek with a turd for a paddle regardless. However its a good point, i mean what laws are you really breaking, im not sure any of them would wnd up with a criminal case.

yeh i dont think you would get jail but the server almost certainly would and if he gets nabbed you wasted your money anyways it seems to be too risky a business for me

Have searched around but can't find any definitive news on when N3 will be rolled out (I believe Leeds already has it). Anyone seen any details of the rollout plans?

you cant have looked very hard made.. N3 is in Leeds now its all over the forum..

N3 is to be rolled out across the South of England over January, the Midlands by February, and the North West of England by March. By Easter, all of Virgin Media’s cable services should be running with Nagra 3 encryption
