Hi guys. Im probably asking a really obvious question but im a complete idiot with technology! We've had the starview 4 in for a few months but have just put our Virgin box back in - "explorer 2000 DVB" its only got a few channels on it now and a message saying "your smartcard may not be inserted properly - please call quoting error code 1007" is displayed when we try to change channels.
Can anyone enlighten me as to whether I should call them or is this related to the fact we have been using starview 4?
