Digivox Problem

Hi all

New to the forum so hope I am doing this correctly.

I have a digivox with virgin media. Suddenly lost all channels, ie they went black and say 'no signal'. Will this firmware update help restore my channels.

Digivox XL USB

Hi, Can anyone help me ! I have a Digivox XL USB. It has been working great for the last year and a hlaf without issues. This week for some reason I can no longer get BBC 1 or BBC 2. All other channels are fine. I have reset the box, unpgraded to the latest firmware, no issues, still get all the channels apart from BBC1 and BBC2. What I have noticed is that it is like those two channels are split now and you can push the remote button and the screen will update, but it is still on BBC1 Or BBC2. You have to push the remote button twice to get it to move to the next channel. The info line at the bootom of the screen is correct, but you get a black screen and no sound. Any ideas, I have not come across this before and an avid user of Digivox boxes ?

just tried the firmware above, but came up i dnt have permission, any help would be appreciated, am new to the site

welcome all to dk read back to post 1 ,all links and info there,also there is a move to new encryption called nagra3 once you are in that area free tv goes and blank screens come

try lookin in the starview section ...firmware in red stickys or download section ,,theres even tutorials there ....try readin thro some threads ,,it helps /... if u get stuck post a thread in the starview section ,,there s lots of peeps who will try n help

My digivox shows only the free channels and i have enabled key EMU and set it to default, but the $ channels still have no picture.
Will a firmware update help?
