first of all ...try a factory rest ..remeber to turn the emu/keycode on and press the default button as well....if that doesnt work ...check u have the lastest firmware goto ststem information and see wats installed then check against wats the lastest in the red stickys for ur particular box .....download lastest firmware. then do a auto rescan. keyode n default on......this normally solves 90 per cent of problems in boxes in non nag 3 areas ...prob the best tip for these boxes is read thro the threads 99.9 of these question s have been asked before ..again n again
