My Starview 4 box has lost all its channels except the usuall 1-5. I've checked my software version and its v 1.07. Reading various posts they say I should be onv 1.12. I'm gonna update and try a rescan etc. I'm in the Bath/Bristol area on virgin.
hi monkey,my mate had same problem yesterday . i sent him the v12 firmware and all working ok now.
