(Avon, Bristol, Bath, Cheltenham, Cotswolds, Gloucester) they area have gone onto 3_7 firmware rescan your boxes

yes its just a matter of system reset and rescanning but your box needs the v1.12 firmware on it or it will not get all channels

i have a clone box so guess its worth trying to update to 1.12 as i have a max32 if it all goes ts up

if its a clone and it kills it there is no way back the box will be goosed. (but its not going to be long before its of no use anyway)

if you decide to flash it then afterwards if you get an on screen message saying this is a clone whatever you do do not remove the power, it will be ok to put in standby but don't unplug it.

Now the FW has come in, How soon after should we expect the N3 white cards to be posted to bristol. more then 3 months?

Everything is fine in Bristol -- just do a rescan, all the channels are there.

thanks to everyone for the advice, I tried a deep scan and still had problems but reloaded the latest firmware , did the scan and everything came back fine, strange one, maybe i did something wrong to start with.

The Box Super USB

My Starview 4 box has lost all its channels except the usuall 1-5. I've checked my software version and its v 1.07. Reading various posts they say I should be onv 1.12. I'm gonna update and try a rescan etc. I'm in the Bath/Bristol area on virgin.
