Channels missing after a rescan?

What version do you have on your box ? if you let me know i will then i will upload on a share link for you a new complete image...

Erm, not 100% sure exactly how to check that. The Splash screen when booting says version 7 but if I remember correctly they never changed that when they released the 8 upgrade? I was fairly sure I was on 8 and not 7 or 8.5....

If i am correct you have a really old fimware on your box by the sounds of it, and that version will not update and correct it would state on the splash screen which version you have, i will upload version 7.9 or 8 (or what i have on file) which definately works later on and post a link when i am home from work.

You may have updated the rom / k*ys only at the time, and i know there was a issue with one of the versions with hypercam at the time, so when you factory reset it reverted the box back to its orignal setting version 7 ? just a thought but no problem as stated i will upload a working image for you and hopefully that will work.
