Hello there all
sorry its me again ive downloaded instructions on flashing it tell me press red button twice then the standby button its confusing for me is there another way? also what do I do then sorry for this it sounds silly but am completely new to this alsois there a manual for the arnet so I can do the correct settings thanks any help greatly appreciated.

Forget all the coloured button pressing.

Open loader and click the download tab. Browse for the firmware and place it in the loader. Have the Arnet unplugged. Hit the download button then after 2-3 seconds plug in the arnet.

The progress bar should start within a few seconds.

i hope i can understand it today as the keys have changed on my arnet unit
