I have an Arnet 700, but the dsiplay will not reset to 0000 when i try to programme it, it resets to 1019

Any ideas would be much appr...

rnet free view box but it will not display 0000 when trying to programme it, it reverts back to 1019,

sorry its me again ive downloaded instructions on flashing it tell me press red button twice then the standby button its confusing...

Bought one done all the stuff i need to have all the channels but there jumpy and keep freezing tryed changing cable to the output but its even worse....
