I had a phone call saying 'great news, we have upped you BB to 10mb for NO extra cost'

Next bill came and I opened it.. ?21.99..
I rang up and said why the increase, they said they informed me via letter... I don't know if they did or didn't send it..probably one I binned.

I vowed to dump them and get someone else, but never got round to it.
i get billed every month for ?5, for not paying by d/d.. pay on line, but they say its the bank that charges for this service...still looking into this...

I remember the ?2. rise and still have the letter but their was no notification. paper billing is ?1 i know this coz i just got rid of it,plus ?2 for call barring,,i also just scrapped the basic tv package another saving of ?6.50 so all in all a tenner saving,,,,my bill has never changed always the same amount
i check it every month without fail,,so im miffed about the fiver increase
but be aware they can change prices even when you are in contract
im not in contract,i never signed a new one when virgin took over and my old contract expired,so im on a rolling contract,,maybe this is why i havent had the increase

No i've been DD and ebilled from i started. I think the problem arises from vermin installing a second box for ?5. normally ?10. i think they maybe trying to tag it without me noticing. Thats the point the extra ?5 isn't actually added to any service i'm using its just added to the overall cost. They can't even say its for phone calls as no calls are listed & no one uses the phone (which aint even an issue cuz they've already said its a price increase.

My contract expired in may. I know a few peopled who dumped them in recent weeks because they was pissed at the sales staff making them feel like crooks, when people phoned them to make changes to their services, by asking for mad amounts of money just around the same time they posted new cards out they seem to assume all their customers are at it.

Its not the principal of ?5 rise, its the fact they tell me everyone got the same rise.
