They said the same thing with Starview, and that was about 3 - 4 weeks or more It was down, came back on for a week, and now seems down again, getting the same "Not connected" message and Scrambled on Kryptview, have both boxes

It was a seller that got arrested, but as he wasn't selling "subbed" boxes he was released.

Servers were taken off line as a precaution and will be reset, this may take 7 to 10 days.

Be patient and they will be back soon.

Why would you need a new update as there is nothing to fix/update. From reading what has been posted, the server/uploader was closed down as a precaution so wouldnt need an update.

It would just need them to be put back online wouldnt it unlike the sv where equipment was siezed and they had to setup again.

Just got box last week wat a bummer that's chance I took fxk it I just pay for vm and put my kbox in bin coz when I get something so good to be true it always ends coz that the fxk luck I have

send it back dc receivers say they arnt going to be coming back on and you can get a full refund if your boxes is less than 12 months old mines going back today just waiting for the post office to open if they want to know why tell them fta channel arnt coming on thats a fault and they aftoo
