how long does the new update filmware take?

hi the how long does the new firmware take to download mines been on 50% for 20 mins now.

normally it takes 2/3 minutes. I did mine this afternoon...it took no more than 3 mins to do the whole thing.

try rebooting your router and box...it could be that your internet is lagging.

Menu .... Installation ........ S/W UPDATE and leave the box alone till it is finished and the box reboots by ITSELF be patient as it will take a bit of time

now watching discovery and got good picture .
before it kept freezing.

people you have not stated if you did a factory reset also a rescan from direct feed,please say so as it will help others when they read ,some reports said longer than usual to update,make sure nobody in house downloading movies which may slow down updating process

mine doesnt appear to move when i start it, left it for 20mins earlier and nothing, any ideas? cheers

Before new update I had to wait around 60 secs or so to view sports now after update it's instant no waiting keep up the work kv
