kryptview A780 & Apple time capsule not working

thank you! big help.

ive downloaded the software now, well it says 'download success' atleast.

only problem now is, the the channels on the box keep going up then starting over. i dont actually know where to go from here.

ive tried restarting the box, but it carries on when i turn it back on.

when i try to turn it on, nothing but black screen

box now says 'on' but theres nothing happening on tv screen
