Timer function

Finally settled for below player and it does the job (however this is not the best

When I recently check KV menu I found that there is a timer. How cool... but, when I tried to use that for sceduled recordings, it seems not working properly. When I set a timer, player starts correctly at the specified time but it does NOT change the channel I set on there.

Can someone please test this and let me know if it works? Is there any way to correct this (I mean by a firmware update or some kind?)

maybe you have to be on that channel first to set the timer as i have a combo box and i have to be on that channel to set the timer function.

Yes i do it i have a dvd recorder plus 160 gig hard drive in it i can recored to dvd or hard drive it as a usb in it which i can transfer the contence of the hard drive to my pc this is it

It works exellent you can set the recording to various fromats when recording to hard drive the only poblem is the timer function on the kv box is shite.

You mean you use timer function? But my problem is, KV starts and ends on the specified times correctly, but it does not change the channel I set on the timer. It always starts on the channel I last watched. Currently I have to manually change to the wanted channel and then power off. But the problem is I cannot set 2 timers for diffrent channels
