channels stopped and problem with auto serach

three days back all channels stopped working plus all FTA channels, these are the steps i followed
    1. factory reset
    2. unplug lan cable
    1. do a factory reset (must e done before every scan)
    3. select your provider
    4. select "network" channels on channel type (bottom option on screen)
5 start scan (press green button)
    6. this is where it says 1 already exists etc.
network ID doesnt come up as usual and it says complete EXIT with zero channels scanned

have run out of basic ideas required expert assisstance please

he means you have no virgin signal coming into the house you have a signal problem not a kv problem you need a signal quality of 80 % if you have no fta channels then your not connected to virgin network or virgin is down in your area

When you factory reset do you leave it until the box re boots itself

do a factory reset then power off at rear for a min remove lan
then start again from scratch no tps should be logged.

astro i would edit that thread before mods take offence m8
a factory reset alone does not erase tps thats my point.
