Kryptview Wont scan for channels

why dont you just flash it via box to box...
think as the boxes as master and slave the master box is the working one leave the master box switched on and connect via rs232 and leave the slave switched off..go into menu go into installation go into data download then hightlight data transfer then press ok....
then switch the slave box on then it should transfer (update) the do the same for channel tranfer (tuning)..
after doing this the slave box will be itentical to the master box

wanted to make sure you were using correct firmware for correct model there are a 780 and 750 both have different files

yes i was using correct firmware, i shall try box to box transfer and if that dont work will have to send back to supplier, thanks again for your help

well i done a box to box transfer with channels and software, then i got no or bad signal so looks like its the rf in port goosed, cheers all for your help, i just send it back
