i bet box has old firmware that has not had a s/w update,anybody downloading files to pc?try rebooting network as in box modem and router off for 30 secs then on may clear glitching problems.Comment

Mine is off in Warks as well,started glitching badly on sunday during the old firm game and eventually it went off,then got them all back but without sound,i have re scanned after taking back to default and still no sound and then all channels go off again,anyone got any ideas what else i can try ? Box has the latest firmware on as well.Comment

what date is your firmware?its no use saying you have the latest as you have not posted the date.Comment

with the audio button do you get an option to change the stream ,you could on older boxes so it should not have changed unless a problem at their end.Comment

today all the movies stopped working ...
except 403 WHICH HAS NEVER WORKED FOR ME
but is now the only movie channel thats is workin all the rest of the channels are fine
