If you dont get the option to select geographical area, its either your not pressing the green button at the right time or the signal is corrupt.

    Easy Install
    Auto search
    Right Arrow
    Select provider from Drop Box
    OK Once
    Green Button
    Geo areas should now appear
    Scroll to correct area
    OK

Hello DW190. After pressing the Green button to start the scan I receive "Already Exist" 8 times (there are 8 TPs listed under NTL by default after a Factory reset) and then it moves on to try and find channels (which it fails to do). I never get the Geographical option.

It now appears there are 3 VM area faults - two reported today which are supposed to be resolved today and another that was reported on Friday with a resolution by tomorrow... I think this is causing my issue and I'm starting to get hacked off.

Why the concern of no network choice, when the receiving box has the same channels/software as the other box.,does the receiving box have any channels working.
DO both the boxes have the same software,Menu-System Info
Do any channels work on the receiving box.

If your kv is not working DL S/W and unzip and your box will work again.
