scrambled or no video

can anyone help got new a750 box and scan for channels loads come up but screen says scrambled or on video what do i do

have you flashed with the a750 firmware?

have you got i-connecter and box connected to internet as well as cable feed?

yeah via my router all channels come up but screen says scrambled or on video

start from scratch,what firmware is on box now,to check -menu-system info-does it say 06112012 or what,if it says 26042011 as that is old firmware and it needs a s/w update by lan cable if you have plugged in cat5 ir rear when sticker removed.

forgot to say any new box is fta only until it is flashed for the first time.

Mine has gone off aswell, its using 29/11/2011 pv4.1.00 and it wont update to new software?

it was working fine last night!

The April 2012 firmware is working OK today.

what programme is needed to download firmware ive got xp but file keeps coming up wrong

have you checked the vm site,as boxes are down for some,if you can do a s/w update do it.
