what firmware is on your kryptview press Menu/System info

maybe they have changed your net id now if vm box working.

check the vm box info for the current netID

check and reply with the date on the a780, which should be april 2012 or better still nov 2012

I thought it was obvious that VM was your cable provider !

Hi Guys, I seem to be having same problems, box been off for few months put back on and just getting 1 - 5, have a780 pv4.1.00 firmware (29/11/2011) have factory rest and scanned all channels but still ch 1- 5, direct feed and connected straight from super hub all subbed services working fine. I am unable to do the software update from box just stays for hours on first screen? Any help/Ideas please? would you recommend manual flash? have tried all net ids from my area all just bringing 1-5 anyone know where can find my net id on tivo box? Thanks

ur stuffed old s/w u can reflash with what? u will have to hang on till they fix update page
