KryptView A780 not working

Hi

I have a Kryptview A780. Been working fine for a year or so. Since yesterday 09/11/12 all channels stopped working, only gett regular channels BBC One, Two etc. Is anyone having same issues? Are the servers down?

no it isnt.

and message u are getting is? ur rental box ok? network id changed by any chance?

Just trying to set up a new box for a friend and all pay for channels are scrambled.My own box is working fine. Do some boxes use other servers and therefore some might go off whilst others stay on i wonder?

doubt it cant set up new box because server update facility aint working.

Thanks ASEK any news on when server update will be back up and running ? Box was running for a short time but went off software installed /flashed was 29/11/2011 VERSION pv4.1.00 HW V3.00

i was lucky and got s/w update ..6/11/2012 pv4.1.03 but didn't get it for my neighbour . hopefully server will be up again soon
