KryptView A780 not working

I got 11/11/12 software saying already updated done factory reset only picking up hd channels doing my head in been trying since 5pm

do you know anyone who has a kv where you can do a box to box transfer

why? u sure ur netid hasnt changed? some did, u dont have a 790?

u also trying direct feed no splitters.

wrong net id.

if you read the forums kv were down for a number of hrs not months[ hehehe] so you could not do anything until 9pm when they came back.

No a780 mate same box everything was here the morning then done update screen went black then done it then searched channels only get hd now and about 5 normal ones

u sure netid is correct done scan without splitter? any other liverpool netid? if yeah did u try it?

to be 100% sure net ids has to come from vm box,what was can change.

Same issue in Liverpool

Factory reset with Liverpool TDN fixed it

u havnt a fault in area? and u tryed scanning without internet connected to box?

Scanned straight from wall no Internet on with Internet ill have to see if my cousin can fix it tomorrow mate thank you for all your help mate
