maybe try reflashing with the april file and factory reset then try another s/w online update.

sounds like you may have scanned wrong provider if no channels are found,for people with bad memory use this.

hi OZZY did an update 2 days ago with no problems but everytime i update manually or online . i have to do a factory reset twice to get a good FULL SCAN for channels! on the 2nd reset my box finds more transponders during a scan and therefore i then receive ALL the channels back again so please try a reset a couple of times first before condeming your box.

Just to let you know have sorted software update problem.

Was a slack Ethernet cable connection in back of kryptview box..........school boy error!
