new 780 installed soft ware get loads of channels only basic 6 - 8 work rest say scrambled or no video get all radio any body help

Mine is doing the same just showing 6/8 normal channels

If its flashed, then update s/w, make sure internets on & connected to ur box, along with ur v/m cable, and scart to tv
Then
Choose ur local net id
Choose telewest
Scan
If it doesn't work, your box either needs re flashing, or ur vm cable isn't live.
